Our Story
Client~ConneXion was founded by three lifelong friends from Dallas, each of whom took different career paths after college. Timothy Michael, Founding Partner, boasts a diverse entrepreneurial background including Financial Services, Stock Trading in New York and Consulting on numerous start-ups over the years. Co-Founder, Jason Brown, built a career as a F&I Director in the local Dallas market for 13 years, including time spent within the Ewing Automotive Group and Millennium Auto Group. D’Andre Ladson, Co-Founder, a seasoned and successful product management professional came to Client~ConneXion with over 10 years of experience in developing product strategy and vision in the Technical Industry.
Each with their own skills and experience, they were able to hone in on a simple idea: Consumers, no matter what they are shopping for, 1st want excellent customer service, 2nd expect immediate attention and 3rd typically spend hours on the Internet researching their choices. And thus, Client~Connexion’s Live Web Chat Application, now known as Chat~ConneXion, was established.
With Mr. Brown’s formidable years spent within the Automotive Industry, they decided to present their Live Web Chat Application to Auto dealership’s Internet Departments as a way to effectively capture the attention of their current website traffic. Experiencing an immediate response of success, Timothy, Jason and D’Andre set out on a journey to tackle the Auto Industry’s Internet foothold. With a great deal of hard work and effort, Chat~ConneXion has become one of the #1 lead sources for many of their Auto Dealer clients.
